Momentary Switch for Sino Plate S18
thingiverse
Since I'm looking for ways to integrate my Sonoff basic with my wall switch without breaking the bank, I came up with a momentary button holder that fits perfectly on my house wall switch - either Sino's or Vanlock's model. When choosing the right holder, keep in mind that there are various options available depending on your 3D printer's specifications. Here are two common variations: * 0.4mm tolerance: suitable for holders with a height of 3mm and 5mm * 0.2mm tolerance: ideal for holders with a height of 3mm and 5mm For this project, I opted for the 0.2mm tolerance holder, which required 25% infill and 4 perimeters without any need for support. To achieve optimal results, it's recommended to use ABS when printing this holder. However, since I was out of ABS at that time, I had to resort to using PLA instead - still a viable option, in my opinion. To assemble the button holder, you'll need: * A 12x12x7mm button * Wires * Possibly some hotglue to secure two wires in place The design is such that it locks securely on its own.
