Mombasa Inlay/Organizer (with Quick Setup System)
thingiverse
This is an inlay and playing organizer for the board game [Mombasa](https://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/172386/mombasa). Space inside the box (28 cm x 28 cm is required) is filled completely, so that vertical or horizontal box storage works. This time I designed it so that it should work for sleeved cards as well as for unsleeved ones, however I cannot guarantee (especially regarding the increased thickness) as I do not sleeve my cards. There should also be plenty of space for the [Mombasa GeekUp Bit Set](https://boardgamegeekstore.com/collections/bgg-geekup-bit-sets/products/geekup-bit-set-mombasa) or the [Cooked Books](https://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgameexpansion/213293/mombasa-cooked-books-mini-expansion) mini expansion. The trading posts are stored on a grid inside a box. The idea is to take the four grids with the 15 trading posts each out of the box and place them directly on the playing board. I provide two grid versions, a tighter one (House_Tray_Tight_x4.stl) which I recommend to use if you trading posts easily fit. If the tolerance is not sufficient, you can use House_Tray_Loose_x4.stl instead. Just print one tight one (~10 g of filament) and test with all your trading posts. If your print bed is large enough, you can print Spacer_Monolith.stl, if your print bed is smaller than 28 cm, I have a split version and you can print Spacer_Left.stl and Spacer_Right.stl instead. All STL files are oriented for printing. If your printer does fine with small overhangs, there is no need for support. Clearance between moving/sliding parts has been calculated with 0.1 mm.
