Nick Builds Beds in 3D Max 2010 and 2012 In a recent project, Nick focused on creating beds using the 3D modeling software, 3D Max. He utilized two versions of the program: 3D Max 2010 and 3D Max 2012. His goal was to design beds in a realistic manner, using various tools within the software. Nick started with 3D Max 2010, where he worked on building the basic structure of the bed. He used the modeling features to create the frame, legs, and other components. Once satisfied with the initial design, Nick moved on to 3D Max 2012. Here, he refined his model by adding textures, colors, and other details that would bring the bed to life. Throughout the process, Nick saved his work in two file formats: OBJ and RAR. The OBJ format allowed him to export the 3D model as a generic object, while the RAR format enabled him to compress the files for easier sharing or storage.
