Ensure that the print quality is set to medium resolution. Set the font size to 6 points. Allow for a minimum gap between lines of 25 millimeters and between pages of 40 millimeters. Print with a height setting of 0.8 times the material's original dimensions and width of 35 millimeters, while using a length tolerance of 4 tenths. Place McCulloch at word position one on each page. Set the height of Molly to zero to display it vertically in a small format next to the hinge at twenty-three units from the center.
