This is designed to keep a TRMR blank firing training grenade securely attached to your webbing. It's built to attach to the webbing using cable ties and then clips into place at the front. A ridge in the middle of the holder keeps the grenade from turning to armed position while on your belt. Print it out however you like, supports are available under the Molle area - 30% infill was enough for me.
