Hook is available for personal preference ( This purchase that includes.) The Other One has screw holes ( M3 screw ) ready which are for mounting a Tailor-made Kydex shell of a particular Radio model ( Hence a Baofeng UV5R in our case ). Simply line them up straight, place the long insert into the high layer of molle vest/system while the short insert into the lower layer. Join them together by the rectangle window. Add bungee cord into the short insert and wrap around the bottom part of the long insert for stronger bonding. Choose your Radio mount ( Bungee cord or Screws type ) and use M4 screws ( 20mm x 2 pcs or 40mm x 1 pc ) connect the molle adapter and Radio mount at the joint section at the bottom. Another bungee cord is needed for secure the radio by the hook on the top of the radio mount and the molle adapter. The angle of the radio mount can be opened up to 75 degree for ease of eye contact for tuning purpose. Enjoy !
