This thing was designed with Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/8bdYrGWE2JJ. I created a Molle clip in response to a request, making several improvements over the original design. The cog used in this design is not mine; unfortunately, I do not have access to its source code and therefore cannot give credit where it's due.
