I got carried away with my need for MOLLE strap connectors and ended up accumulating a whole collection of them, including D-rings, loops and bungee attachments. You can team up the 15mm loops and bungee attachments with my own bungee end stops and toggles here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3419204. All these attachments should be printed flat and come in at a thickness of 3mm.
