This is a MOLLE clip designed for mounting an antenna directly to a MOLLE bag for portable Ham Radio-ing. Pictured is the clip with a Super-elastic Signal Stick antenna attached to a Maxpedition bag I use for carrying an ICOM 705 (together it is my RadioPurse).
