Molecular Model - Retinol (Vitamin A) - atomic scale model

I'd be happy to share a nice water-tight, manifold, 3D-friendly STL molecular model or Retinol (Vitamin A). Check out my profile for more - some I've printed already, while others I still need to get around to yet. I do take on molecule requests, but don't expect me to rush through them. I create these models to help teach my kids about chemistry. The vitamins come in handy because we can discuss the things our body can't produce and why it's essential to eat foods like veggies. For FDM printing, you'll need plenty of supports and careful planning. I'm looking forward to seeing some SLM versions, which should be much easier. The images show various stages from the modeling process. All molecules are optimized using computational atomic bond simulation to ensure accurate bond angles. The atomic "ball" scales linearly with atomic radius - although the absolute radius displayed is for ease of representation only. The models have plenty of triangles to accommodate very large fabrication jobs.
