Create a wheel with DIY molded rubber for your next robot project using Smooth-On part # PMC-121/30 Dry. The alternate hub may be tricky to print, but the aluminum attachment isn't included. Find more robot info at http://www.iheartrobotics.com. To make one wheel, print two sides and a base, then sand and seal with clear spray enamel, excluding the hub. Assemble the parts using screws, apply mold release, mix rubber per instructions, pour into funnels, tap for bubbles, and let cure patiently.
