Molded Mask - Version 2

Another iteration of my customized molded mask:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41201 Designed in Adobe Illustrator, then extruded roughly 2mm using Rhino's capabilities. Instructions Molded the PLA print employing a heat gun coupled with a plaster cast of my facial structure. This version boasts an even thinner composition, which allowed it to be molded at a notably lower temperature. The attached file requires re-scaling in order to conform perfectly to your unique facial dimensions. To accomplish this feat, I measured and calculated the size by wrapping a piece of string over the bridge of my nose, subsequently tracing the string's path along the inside corners of my eyes, where it converges. The string was then meticulously measured, and the AI file underwent re-scaling to correspondingly match these exact measurements.
