This is one of the first molds I created for the Mitsubishi Pajero TR4 and Pajero Sport lower grilles. The mold has cavities designed for nylon with fiber reinforcement; it has been CNC milled based on this model, and the parts have been injection molded, proving their accuracy as they have been tested. The mold is almost complete, only requiring some final touches such as tray side panels, extraction pins, and a few spacers and springs to finish it off easily.
