Create a French-style loaf bread by placing dough in a silicone mold, rolling into a 65mm diameter log, and slicing to 20mm thickness. Place the dough disks in the form, whether it's yeast dough at rest or using a leavening agent for automatic shaping during baking. Steam can be provided under the bread by placing it in a water bath with a cover above for a delicious result. The design is available in SolidWorks 2013 formats IGS and STEP.
