Mold for Silicone Vibration Dampener

These molds are specifically designed for creating Anti Vibration Rubber Shock Absorbers, which are silicone gel damping balls used to stabilize Flight controllers, gimbals, and cameras on a quadcopter. To produce these components, you will need to: - Print the molds with the lowest possible layer height setting - Silicone gel (also known as sealant) - An injector for precise application of the silicone gel - Water and a brush for cleaning and preparing the mold surface - A stick with a diameter of 4mm to assist in handling the finished components All the steps involved in creating these components are demonstrated in a video available at https://youtu.be/6rWVS8KR_Zg. The dimensions of the smaller component are: Diameter (D) = 9mm, diameter (d) = 6mm, and height (H) = 14mm. The larger component measures: D = 16mm, d = 9mm, and H = 30mm. This type of shock absorber is used in my quadcopter design, which can be viewed at https://cults3d.com/en/gadget/folding-quadcopter-450-frame.
