thingiverse
This is a pattern for a silicon case designed specifically to provide heat protection for hotends installed in aluminum blocks, measuring 20x20x10 mm in size. This design accommodates all ANET 3D printers, requiring users to replace the hotend throat and secure an additional part that is 5mm longer for optimal installation. For successful use in ANET 3D Printers, you must insert steel drills into free holes within the silicone case to effectively bring the holes into alignment with the case. An example of this silicon case can be viewed at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3966041, showcasing its design and functionality. The walls of this mold are 5mm thick, providing adequate support for the molding process. If you seek a silicon case in a size other than the provided dimensions, please submit a STEP file, and I will create it for you at no cost.
