Mold for Russian Gas Mask Lens Cover

I'm making a mold for lens covers on a Russian gas mask. I've been using silicone with 00 ShA, which works well but can also be slightly firmer than I'd like. The parts fit together very snugly. To seal it, I wrap some tape around the edges. When the silicone hardens, you may need to trim off any excess material. This is my first attempt at creating these lens covers. I'm hoping the next one will turn out better with a bit more practice!
