https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4879638

Hotend sock for the mosquito hotend, nice snug fit for making sure it won't fall off.
Sock goes all around the heaterblock and is suitable for using the magnum heatbreak.
The sock also slots into the 2 blind bottom holes next to the nozzle, securing it into place on that side.

Very proud of this design, i adapted a few design features from other sock molds i've used in the past and got this one right the first time. Haven't got a single bad cast out of it.
Super simpel to print 3 part mold that only uses 4 M3x16 screws.
Middle screw is for extracting the core along with the top mold, so leave the middle screw when taking the mold apart.
I do use a knife to take the mold apart since it takes quite some force.

Comes with the Voron logo on it, had to brand it some how.

Designed to be used with 2 component high temp silicone in the same way CNC kitchen does it.
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3742037
I do recommend placing it on the front and back side for a few seconds right after casting, so some silicone can get the holes next to the nozzle.

I recommend making a cut on both sides in the sock.
Best cut location is in the thin part from the thermistor to the heatbreak area, this way the sock will still go firmly all around the heaterblock and thermistor part.

I made a specific mold bottom to work with the stealthburner, see the second and third picture. I removed some material to the hotendsock doesn't upstruct the fan duct.
It goed very well with this model:
https://www.printables.com/model/278870-voron-stealthburner-slice-engineering-mosquito

Printing it in SLA will give an even nicer result after molding!

https://www.thingiverse.com/make:1055912

(They are almost all interchangeable.

"Mold bottom with larger flange and tighter nozzle fit" needs the "Mold core with larger flange and tighter nozzle fit" to work.

"Mold bottom with small flange" can take the standard "Mold core" and any mold top.

I recommend using the "Mold top with thighter fit")
