MOKO Mini Pulley
thingiverse
The MOKO Mini Pulley system is set to release more features soon. All you need is string and imagination for endless possibilities! With this system, you can turn off lights, open curtains, close and open doors, retrieve snacks, suspend valuables, hang clothes, even tease cats—all without leaving your bed! The body of the pulley snaps together using locking clips, no pins or tools required. It also locks easily to common screws or nails. Let the lazy Luddite within you emerge! Technical specifications can be found on the instructions page. An assembly and demonstration video is available here: http://youtu.be/rfS4dhbxeSY. Two new attachments have been added: the Pulley Hook, which fits snugly in the screw cavity of both the MOKO Mini Pulley and the Mini Block & Tackle Pulley, and can be shortened if needed; and the Pulley Magnet, which holds 8x5mm Neodymium Disc Magnets (available on eBay) and can be used in conjunction with the Pulley Hook to retrieve metallic items. The design is flexible, allowing for both locking (closed) or quick release (open) fittings. It's printed in .20mm layers using an UP! printer, but the design is adaptable and forgiving. The locking clips can be replaced with cable ties or rubber bands. The quick-release design locks to countersunk/bugle screw/nails up to 8.2mm (0.32") head diameter. It takes rope/cord/twine/string up to 4mm in diameter and has a load capacity of 5kg.
