Mojo SD Card Adapter
thingiverse
This is a Chord Mojo SD Card Adapter, designed for reading SDXC cards, compatible with Android devices via native support or USB Audio Player Pro, and also works with Windows/MAC OS, essentially functioning as both a USB hub and a card reader. Expand your smartphone/tablet memory using an affordable SD Card. I utilized a combination of adapters: a SD card to micro sd card adapter, a mirco sd card usb adapter, a micro usb hub/card reader, and a male micro usb plug. The most challenging aspect was reducing the size of the micro usb hub/card reader pcb to fit within the case; you may need to find a smaller alternative that works (the smallest I had wouldn't function, so test beforehand). Soldering expertise for small components is necessary. You can find these parts at an affordable price on AliExpress. To modify this design, you can access the freecad files and stl files provided here; they include the case without the sd card slot and the top without the micro usb holder/cut. It would be wonderful to see other adapters for the Mojo - please share your designs. So, I measured and tried until it fit perfectly. Finding the right USB hub/card reader pairing was also tricky - the internal card reader from the usb hub wouldn't work with Android devices.
