Designed this for the sensor shown in the pictures above. (Secrui Model: KR-TH1) Found it on amazon for fairly reasonable price. Used 3 imperial measurement 6-32x1/2" machine screws (why do they call it a screw when it comes with a nut, wouldn't that make it a bolt?) because metric stuff that tiny is hard to find around here! A 3.5mm screw will most likely work as well since it's a tiny bit smaller I think. The nuts fit pretty snug into the recesses so you may need to use some pressure to squeeze them in place.
