This is a cap for the common Capacitive Moisture Sensors. For this cap you must remove the XHPX plugholder and solder the cable on the Sensor. After doing so put the cap on top of the Sensor and to make it waterproof, seal the cap with epoxy afterwards. On one of the pictures you can see what happened when you don't seal it. To achieve a uniform support, you can put the base plate underneath.
