Moineau Soap Dispenser with fixes
thingiverse
This design is a revised version of Emmett and Jezzmund's original work, focusing specifically on its body. Jezzmund increased the wall thickness to address issues related to porosity that some users experienced, but this adjustment introduced artifacts that I attempted to remove. These imperfections were mainly visible near the outer funnel opening as well as on the exterior surface of the screw. To enhance print quality, I further thickened the walls and added additional polygons to the mesh. This resulted in a less blocky appearance. The base was also slightly expanded, while the initial 2.5mm of the inner screw wall rising from the base was outwardly thickened to provide more surface area for printing purposes. Keep in mind that this design still requires Emmett's original screw and handle components. It is advisable to secure these parts with super glue gel to prevent them from detaching when the handle is turned in reverse. Additionally, it is recommended to print Emmett's screw with a substantial raft due to its small footprint and tall stature.
