I needed a temporary fix for my faucet until the new handle arrived, so I fabricated a plate to get us by. My MOEN 4600 faucet has a distinctive base with model numbers 27000, 54000, and 74000 printed on it. The plate's design features a 0.325" spacing between the flat surfaces, allowing it to turn the brass shaft and accept a 0.375" diameter brass rod from the valve. I successfully printed this plate using a conventional fused filament machine with PETG material.
