This three-dimensional model was initially designed with SketchUp 15 and then successfully transformed into all other required 3D file formats. Its native format remains .skp, while the associated 3ds Max scene corresponds to 3ds Max 2016 version, with a rendering capacity enabled by Vray 3.00 L.80 PROF. Additionally, there is an installed alternate plugin module labeled "58" in version "ALT. 87". The designed furniture unit features one door made of medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and has been painted white, along with a manual rocker switch situated at the top of the structure. A lower compartment exists as a drawer which contains a chrome or silver handle profile made from aluminum material. Decorative components include the application of San Gabriel stone to select portions of the model's surface. The island's configuration closely resembles an item typically found in a modern kitchen environment, commonly used as a countertop preparation station in proximity to cooking areas, often placed against or alongside cabinets to enhance space functionality and provide extra room for food and beverage items when necessary
