Module Bay Cover for Jumper T16 (or any JR style radio)
thingiverse
Here is a cover that fits perfectly into the Jumper T16 module bay and should work well with most radios using JR style modules, including the Taranis. The cover comes in two parts, which are easy to assemble together using just two M3-8 screws. This design makes the clips that fit snugly into the radio much more resilient and less likely to break off. I printed mine using Zyltech PLA, a standard material, but it turned out surprisingly strong and fitted perfectly. If you're looking for something even more flexible and durable, PETG might be an excellent choice, though this is what was available in my printer at the time. Included with the cover are two plates: one blank and one featuring the Jumper logo. To print the logo effectively, a smaller nozzle size will help capture all its intricate details. I used a 0.3 nozzle and set the extrusion width to 0.36 for optimal results, though you may need to adjust these settings based on your printer's specifications. When sliced with an extrusion width of 0.4, some details get lost even when using single-extrusion walls in S3D. The design is largely inspired by Painless360's brilliant cover concept!
