Modular Wine Rack

<p>This design is inspired by the GustaVino wine rack that you can read more about at <a href="http://www.gustavino.co.uk/.">http://www.gustavino.co.uk/.</a></p><p>After having purchased this design, I was not satisfied with a number of elements:</p><ul><li>The print quality was poor due to the need for supports along the entire surface</li><li>Print density was low due to the supports taking up room on the bed</li><li>The original design has many different geometries throughout its faces which made slight print defects more noticeable</li><li>There were no partial segments provided which prevents you from caging in every bottle, and limits overall strength</li></ul><p>With these issues in mind, I created my own version of this rack.</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><ul><li>Nozzle Size: 0.4mm</li><li>Material: PETG, PLA, ABS</li><li>Layer Height: 0.30mm</li><li>Infill: 20%</li><li>Supports: On build plate only, and only under the two tenons</li></ul><p>Start with the Full Segment, and once you have completed your layout, optionally print one-third and two-thirds pieces to complete the frame.</p><h3>Assembly</h3><p>Pieces should fit together snugly without the need for glue.</p><h3>Updates</h3><ul><li>2022-01-02: Improved mortise and tenon fit</li></ul>
