Modular Wall Mounted Spool Holder

09/27/18 - Assembly goes smoothly with a little bit of force required, but that's intentional to keep the structure solid and sturdy. I'll play with tolerances some more to make assembly even easier. 10/03/18 - Adjusted arm tolerances for smoother sliding in. A small amount of force is still necessary, which keeps the structure secure. This wall-mounted modular spool holder was designed while waiting for my Prusa MMU2. The STL files Holder and Holderbig are mounted to the wall with 2 screws. The left and right arms slide into the small holder and are secured with 1 screw (small) and 1 screw (big). Optional, but I prefer threaded arms. The middle arm allows for chaining multiple spools and requires the bigger holder instead of the regular one. SpoolHolder sits between the arms and has two slots for secure Skate Bearings (22X10X7 MM, secured with Pin STL). All designs are optimized to print without support structures except for the MiddleArm, which needs minimal support. Print the arms flat on the bed with strong settings: at least 3 perimeters and decent infill. I'm using Priline CF-PC, but regular PLA should work fine. You can use rings to restrict spool horizontal travel. The DIYBox shown in the picture is available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3138944
