[Modular] Valve Index Prescription Lens Adapter

The 2D profiles for this design are based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3753906. Each lens prints in two parts to minimize overhangs and allow the individual parts to be replaced and swapped with compatible parts. The prescription rim has been tightened to make the part rigid once assembled. The Fusion 360 (3D) and DXF (2D) project files are included in case the tolerances need to be loosened for your printer. Stay tuned for alternate lens adapters based on Zenni frames shaped more like the Index lens which use metal frames that are easier to disassemble.
