Vacuum Clamp/Table for Smaller CNC Machines/Routers This versatile vacuum clamp/table system consists of modular units, each measuring 50x50mm, which can be printed as needed and connected together using glue to create a custom-sized table. The system includes side, middle, angle, and connector modules that work in tandem to form a complete table. Each module is 10mm high, allowing for a compact design that still provides ample space for working with smaller CNC machines and routers. A key feature of this system is the inclusion of a connector that allows users to screw in a PTFE tube, enabling the creation of a vacuum setup. Future updates will include a vacuum cleaner adapter. To assemble the table, simply print the modules, glue them together, and apply various chemicals or coatings to enhance the appearance and airtight seal of the surface. Users can also add rubber gaskets to the grooves for improved vacuum contact. Some sanding may be necessary to achieve a tight seal. When printing the modules, use 100% infill to ensure that the table remains stable and secure under vacuum conditions. A polisher or plastic glue can be applied to create airtight seals once hardened.
