Compact Vacuum Clamp/Table System for Mini CNC Machines/Routers: A Modular Approach The compact vacuum clamp/table system is designed specifically for smaller CNC machines/routers. It consists of interchangeable 50x50mm modules that can be connected as needed with glue. By printing multiple modules, you can build a table of any size. The system includes side, middle, angle, and connector modules that combine to form a complete table. Each module is 10mm high and features a connector for attaching a PTFE tube, allowing for easy vacuum setup. A future update will include a vacuum cleaner adapter. To assemble the table, simply print, connect, and glue the modules together. You can also apply various chemicals to enhance the finish and seal the joints. For optimal vacuum performance, add rubber inserts to the grooves and sand the sides for better sealing. Print the modules flat without support, using 100% infill to ensure a smooth surface. Optional: use a polisher or plastic glue to create airtight seals once hardened. If you have suggestions for improving this design, please share them.
