Vacuum Clamp/Table for Smaller CNC Machines/Routers This innovative vacuum clamp/table system is designed specifically for smaller CNC machines/routers. It consists of modular components, 50x50mm in size, which can be connected together as needed using glue. By printing multiple modules and assembling them, you can create a table of any desired size. The system includes various types of modules: sides, middles, angles, and connectors. These modules combine to form a complete table. Each module is 10mm high. A key feature of this design is the inclusion of a connector that allows for easy attachment of PTFE tube fittings, making it simple to create a vacuum system. Future updates will include a vacuum cleaner adapter. To assemble the table, simply print the modules, glue them together, and apply various chemicals or sealants to make it shine and airtight. You can also add rubber inserts in the grooves for improved vacuum contact. Sanding the sides may be necessary to achieve a better seal. When printing, ensure that you set the infill to 100% to prevent any issues with vacuum functionality. Consider using a polisher or plastic glue to create airtight seals once it has hardened.
