Second edit: Installed 1/3 inch height table piece.\r\nPrinted first layer at 0.3mm, subsequent layers at 0.36mm. Achieved 15% gyroid infill with 1.2mm walls/floor/ceiling. Performs exceptionally well.\r\n\r\nEdit: Added a 1/2 inch height table piece. Tested it by printing first layer at 0.2mm and remaining layers at 0.32mm, 15% gyroid infill, with 1.2mm walls and floor/ceiling. Result is rock-solid stability.\r\n\r\nFull disclosure: Original idea came from AdapTableTop.\r\n\r\nTo print this, you'll need a lot of filament - potentially more than AdapTableTop costs. Consider supporting them at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gamestartedizioni/next-level-tabletop-a-raised-modular-system-for-boardgames before the Kickstarter ends.\r\n\r\nI haven't printed it yet, so I can't guarantee stability or usability. Still figuring out settings, but printing solid shapes with thick layer heights should speed up the process.
