This is a versatile display case for Nintendo Switch cartridges, revamped from my original Nintendo DS cartridge showcase.\r\n\r\nI wanted a cleaner way to store my collection, rather than jumbling carts in a box or storing them in a binder. The more carts I collect, the easier it is to add new ones to the display. So I created a modular display with a transparent window that lets you see each cartridge clearly.\r\n\r\nThe display case prevents the cart from falling out of the interior frame by using a clever mechanism between the acetate window and the vault. It also ensures the cart slots back into position when rotated, sitting securely on the notches of the cartridge rather than its contacts.\r\n\r\nOther cases can be connected to this one using the tessellating "teeth" design. I've also included borders to complete the set, just like my original NDS variant. These borders allow you to close off a row or column, effectively stopping it from continuing if needed.
