I'm one of those individuals who's always amassing tools and components with the intention of utilizing them for future projects - some of which might never actually materialize. I also happen to be someone who appreciates the value of maintaining everything in a rigid, almost eerie order that can intimidate others. In my quest for a design that would allow me to protect and organize electronic components as well as small tools effectively, I found myself unable to locate an adequate solution online. Consequently, I decided to take matters into my own hands: This modular system consists of interlocking and stackable boxes with internal divisions of various sizes to facilitate the organization of diverse objects. Each tier boasts a distinct internal arrangement, while the top is topped off with a lid and the sides are equipped with hooks that snap together and secure each level in place. I utilized a 4mm plywood sheet for laser-cutting all the individual components of the boxes. What's remarkable is that all three tiers were derived from a single 80cm x 60cm sheet of plywood.
