This is a design for my TFA weather station sensor, but it will works like a normal stevenson screen as well, I own a MakerBot Replicator 5th Gen, working space of 25.2 L x 19.9 W x 15.0 H cm, so I design the biggest it can take, it featured an one inch rod holder, a 15 degrees slope roof, a modular system allow to change sizes. The whole design can print without supports placed upside-down like the file show. How to build up? Between the stand and base, I recommend using an outdoor type double-sided tape and cable tie to secure. Between each layer, center of the connecting rods are hollow all the way through, so I recommend to use a long cable tie or a piece a wire to tied it down.
