Modular Spray Can Rack

Easy to print modular spray can rack. No supports needed. The rack can be fitted to a wooden or MDF base using self tapping screws and the sides and brackets can be fastened with M3x15 or M3x25* screws and nuts. The sides will need to be glued to the horizontal "gasket like" part but the parts feature dove tail cuttings to make this easier.

The tri-hexagonal pattern was obtained by using a top and bottom skin height of zero in Cura, along with a wall width of 4mm. You can use your preferred infill (I set it to 50% with a 0.8mm nozzle) to get your preferred pattern. I wish Cura had a honey comb infill pattern.

If you like the design, print it and find it useful, please share your make.

*you can tie two modules side by side using a single pair of screws.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

CR-10S

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.4 with 0.8mm Nozzle

Infill:

50%

Notes:

You can set the top and bottom skin heights to zero to reveal the infill pattern.
