I've accumulated numerous $1 filaments purchased from Amazon and China, and began organizing them, which led to the creation of a modular spool. The material weighs approximately 10g for Spool End, 13g for 5/10Meter spool, and 15g for 20Meter. You can complete a spool by combining one spool with one spool end or two identical type of spools. This spool can be used individually or as part of a battery of spools. In a battery setup, you can save material by using the back of an existing spool as the top. I added a filament holder, even though I drilled holes in the spool. The photos provide further explanation. If you require any additional dimensions, please ask without hesitation.
