Note 09/10/23: Added M5 mount holes for securing spool holder to a surface.Also revised model names for clarification.A good spool holder that I designed for my airtight enclosure for my spools. I have used these for 2 years and not one spool has fallen off the holder. Spool holders are able to be secured together to make a chain of holders. Secure both halves of the holder with M3x5mm screws along with the couplers. Secure the multiple spool holders together with additional M3x5mm screws, but be careful not to strip the plastic when doing so. I actually secured mine by using M3x8mm Screws so I got full bite on the plastic, but some of the screw sticks through. Bearings are SKF 6200. Cheap on Amazon.Included Solidworks part and assembly files, STEP files with STEP assembly, and high resolution STL files for printing.Not compatible with slim spools. Spool sizes this works with range from ~54mm wide to ~70mm wide.
