This pack contains more than eighty modular parts that can be used to build space stations, factories, bases, and other structures found in space. They are perfect for building complex spaceships or defensive fortifications in space real-time strategy games or turret defense games, as well as top-down shooters or sidescroller action sequences. The models included have no pre-defined skins or animations but can be modified using any 3D software's built-in animation tools to create detailed movement and special effects such as fire trails from cannons or laser guns. Final triangle count may vary depending on the final number of elements used to build space stations or bases, ranging from a simple structure with minimal features up to more complex layouts requiring thousands of unique components. These texture maps are usable within both PBR specular and metalness workflows as well as non-PBR environments such as Unreal Engine 4, Blender or Maya, allowing developers maximum flexibility in choosing which method suits their game development workflow best. Available Texture Maps include: Albedo Map: Color data for rendering, using PNG format Alpha channel information is embedded to handle object transparency AlbedoAO map (includes Ambient Occlusion): This albedo texture contains built-in ambient occlusion details Format remains as PNG, easy to implement in popular game engines and 3D software packages. Specular Map: Details related to reflections in games and environments, saved as a PNG format. Glossy or shiny textures will display clearly based on user defined settings. Format can easily be imported into most 3D models. Metalness map (used primarily in modern real-world metal shaders) Information needed for accurate metal-like behavior from the model. Metal texture files can then apply custom values that give more detailed results during game execution. Normal map, Illumination map & Ambient Occlusion PNG format supports the required transparency. Use any standard PNG-compatible graphics editing program to alter textures without re-importing and re-processing in other applications. Please ensure your selected engine allows texture resizing and adjustments accordingly prior to importing this package, as individual tris counts range greatly depending on space layout requirements and visual settings. Users of Maya or Blender can import and rescale if needed using software functionality built right in. Most 3D game development environments allow such operations; it is recommended to use resampling tool within the program for more optimal graphics during run-time of a project.
