Modular Small Parts Drawers
prusaprinters

I have a million small parts of different types, and I wanted a good way to store them that could grow and expand, as I continue to get more parts.

The enclosures are modular: trapezoidal tracks on one side and bottom slot together with matching ridges on the other side and top: you can build a rack of drawers and reorganize them at will.

The enclosures and matching drawers are parametric in the native Fusion 360 file: want a 1w x 2h drawer? Enter those parameters, export STL, and print. Want a 6w x 7h drawer? You got it. The only limit is the size of your print bed.

Print instructions

Drawers print without supports oriented with the bottom on the print bed. Enclosures print without supports oriented with the back on the print bed. I've used PLA (Prusament Galaxy Black for the enclosures and Filamentum Gold for the drawers), at 0.20 layer height.
