Each spool/reel thing has one 'wall', so I recommend having at least two. If using just two, fit the tabs on the spool into the slots in the opposite spool. If combining more than two, start with the above, and then fit a third (or more) spool by the tabs to the slots on one of the 'wall' side of your two-reel spool. If you follow. Pictures coming. My first printer died and I finally replaced it with one where the spool sits on rails rather than sitting on something through the hole. The narrowest setting for the spool rails is wider than my old modular spool, so I made a new design so that I could still have multiple samples on 'one' spool, but if I just had one it was still wide enough to sit properly. So this is the result. Print Settings Printer: Artillery (Evnovo) Sidewinder X1 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10% cubic Filament: Anycubic PLA White Notes: Depending on how your printer supports bridging, I recommend a little bit if support, just to keep the 'slots' on 'wall' side from deforming. My new printer doesn't need rafts for this kind of thing, but my old printer had trouble with multiple shapes (like the edges of the holes in the reel) directly on the bed. YMMV.
