Hello, a little about me. I have gone by Mayhem since the early 90's, so I have just stuck with that (you know old dogs and all).I have recently got into 3D printing and design. THEN USE 4 SCREWS FOR THE TOP (AGAIN COME THROUGH THE MIDDLE).  SCREW THROUGH THE MIDDLE, THE TOP AND THE FAN TO SECURE THE FAN AND THE 2 SECTIONS TOGETHER.SCREW ON THE GRILL THAT CAME WITH THE FAN THAT YOU GOT.CUT THE FILTER MATERIAL TO THE APPROPRIATE SIZE TO FIT IN THE FILTER INSERT. INSERT CARBON FIRST THEN MERV 13 SHEET IN TRAY.  THEN SNAP INTO PLACE THE TOP OF INSERT.INSERT FILTER TRAY SIDE FACING OUT INTO THE MIDDLE MODULE.  IT WILL BE A VERY TIGHT FIT AND WILL SLIDE INTO PLACE PERFECTLY.  THIS IS INTENTIONAL TO PREVENT AS MUCH AIR LEAKAGE AS POSSIBLE. TO REMOVE, USE THE TRAY HANDLE AND THE TRAYS BOTTOM BARS TO UNPOP IT FROM THE BACK GROOVE.  ONCE IT'S UNPOPPED IT WILL SLIDE OUT USING THE HANDLE.THE TRAYS BOTTOM BARS ARE INTENTINALLY OFFSET TOWARD THE FRONT.IF YOU LIKE MY DESIGN, PLEASE CONSIDER BUYING ME A COFFEE.I'M GOING TO NEED IT WITH A NEW BABY!!!!
