This modular rocket design includes adjustable fins for different arrangements, a separating coupler on the launch lug tube to attach it to the nosecone's base, and a bottom tube fitting both B or C engines. A small hole should be drilled for shock cord in each piece, while streamers fit the top tube and chutes snugly in the larger one. Extend the rocket by stacking extra tubes and couplers if needed.
