TPU Modular Respirator/Mask. Clearly, I make no promises about the performance of the prints you create from this design. Use them at your own discretion. Recommend: Print the mask in TPU and apply weather sealant or neoprene strips around the edges for enhanced sealing and comfort. Fabricate the included custom filter module (or your own module) from a sturdier material, ensuring it has sufficient skin layers (at least six) to maintain air tightness. To further secure parts, use FDA-approved food-safe silicone or epoxy. The strapping loops should ideally connect to an adjustable head harness at the top and elastic/rubber strapping at the bottom. I have included the original CAD file (Fusion360) so that you can adjust the mask size and fit without altering the module port dimensions. In most cases, simply edit the first sketch to match your face's dimensions.
