I was looking for a stable pulley for some outdoor ropes, but nothing I found met my expectations. So I designed one myself and this is what I ended up with. A nice symmetrical pulley that can either be attached with a loop or some kind of snap hook. As the design is very modular, I created all sorts of combinations of pulley, loop and snap hook. I added small fillets to make it easy to print it in one piece. If you don't like these and want to work with automatic support, there is also a WOS version of each piece. I have optimised the design for printing with a .4 nozzle and .2 layer height, so be careful if you use a different setup. The default clearence is .6 mm. Printing: I use PETG for outdoor durability reasons. Three perimeters and 30% infill makes the pulley quite strong for it's 12g. To get rid of the support after printing i use a knife to cut around the bulley and then a tong to turn the wheel and break it free. For smooth turning you can carefully bend the walls to take out the wheel and clean the surfaces.
