UPDATE: As another user, rayko1974 pointed out, the space inside the model for the cables isn't great, so I've made 25mm longer versions of the back-file that you can find in the zip archive folder. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION carefully, as this isn't a simple print. This is a modular cover designed to make our 3D printer power supplies safer and more useful. The cover fits any power supply with dimensions of 190x11x50mm (actual real dimensions 198.50x110.50x50mm), which is a standard form factor, making it suitable for many power supplies. **MODELS:** There are two models available: * Standard * Tush support **TYPES:** Each model has three types: * Type 1: with IEC plug + fuse and switch * Type 2: with IEC plug + fuse * Type 3: general purpose, modify as desired You can choose each type by their names or use a cover with its number. **COVERS:** Already made covers include: * With one XT60 hole mount * With two XT60 hole mounts * With two 8mm holes suitable for a female DC jack 5.5 2.1 **ADDONS:** Each addon works with any model and has multiple positions, so it's up to you which and how to use them. * Table/wall mount feet * Raspberry Pi case * Handle for transport (coming) **TOOLS NEEDED:** To assemble the cover: * Join front and back: #2 3Mx20mm bolts and nuts * Cover 1-2: 4# 3Mx12mm bolts and nuts * Cover 3: 6# 3Mx12mm bolts and nuts * Tush support: #4 3Mx10mm bolts, 4# 608zz bearings * Mount feet: #2 M3x35-40mm bolts and nuts **PARTS TO PRINT:** You'll need to print: * One front piece * One back piece and the cover (carefully choose yours) * Any addons you want Each STL file is already positioned for the best print with few supports. **Ender 2 users:** If you're not comfortable with connectors and plugs, you can just print the back version 3 and the cover 3 for Ender 2 printers. I'm here to help with any mods or additions. I hope to see some makes and receive feedback. In the file list, there is a Fusion360 file to make the covers you need. **NOTICE:** I've discovered that there are a few types of IEC plugs with holes slightly shifted. If this happens, just drill a new hole and force the screw. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I adapted the holes based on common ones found on Aliexpress. **MESSAGE:** If you like my work, any support is appreciated. Uploading the make of this thing will encourage me to continue sharing my works. If you want to support me, visit https://www.paypal.me/raffoslab
