Available formats include .max, .fbx, .obj, .3ds, .stl, and .dae, all packaged within a single .7z file. The package contains four distinct diffuse textures, each measuring 2048x1024 pixels: Two Lane Road Patches 01 2K Base Color Two Lane Road Patches 02 2K Base Color Two Lane Solid Line Road Patches 01 2K Base Color Two Lane Solid Line Road Patches 02 2K Base Color These textures are also available in PBR format, with each texture featuring its own AO, base color, height, mask, normal, and roughness maps. The PBR textures apply only to the .max files, which can be found separately within the zip folder. To utilize these textures, simply drag them onto the models inside Unreal Engine. UVs are already set for this purpose, and the results have been tested in Unreal Engine. For users who wish to employ other PBR textures included in the package, an image demonstrating the material is provided. The individual images accompanying the PBR-textured models were rendered using 3ds Max. In contrast, the road textures included in this package were captured from Unreal Engine under different lighting conditions.
