The Modular Panel System (MPS) is an impressive collection of files that makes it easy to assemble 3/4" plywood into any cubic shape imaginable. Currently, the system includes three essential files: MPS - Corner Clamp: This crucial component holds plywood together at 90-degree angles with precision. MPS - Shelf Support: Designed to provide stable flat shelving, this feature is a must-have for any modular panel setup. MPS - Shim: Used in conjunction with the Corner Clamp, this versatile piece helps fine-tune your assembly as needed. For comprehensive instructions on usage and print settings for each piece, please visit my blog at http://www.akeric.com/blog/?p=3994. Disclaimer: While common sense should prevail, I must clarify that I assume no liability whatsoever for any accidents, damages, injuries, fatalities, or costs resulting from the use of this system. By downloading and/or fabricating these files on your printer/fabrication system, you release me from all future liabilities. Be cautious, use at your own risk, and test thoroughly. To assemble the MPS, you'll need some additional hardware, as shown in the attached image: Corner Clamp: 1 x Philips flat-head machine screw (or equivalent): 1/4"-20 x 3" - K 1 x Hex nut: 1/4"-20 - K 2 x Flat washers: 1/4" - K Shelf Support: 2 x Philips flat-head wood screws (or equivalent): 10 x 3/4" - K 1 x Flat washer: 1/4" - K Print Settings: Note that I used 'MakerGeeks Raptor Series PLA' to print these brackets, which offers superior strength and pliability compared to normal PLA. For optimal results, I recommend printing with ABS or Nylon/PETG instead of regular PLA. Consult my blog for detailed print settings.
