Modular Paddle Board (Unlimitedly Expandable)

The great Musician Jonas (Instagram: Jon_bei) needed a quick way to install and a simple Paddle Board so we designed one, it is easy to print and doesn't need any Supports, the Paddles are Fixed using 3cm Velcro.

Printing Notes:

The Stl files should already be imported in the correct orientation, both of the models don't need any support the foot has a small overhang, but a regular functioning printer should be capable of clearing it without support. The Clearance on the "Dovetails" is about 0.4 mm which means that it's pretty loose but also ensures that any printer can print it.

Building Notes:

After Printing I applied a total of 40 Strips of Velcro tape (that's 5 per side and 10 per Board) on both sides of the Board so that things like power supplies can be mounted on the Bottom.

The velcro I used is 3cm in Diameter.

Known Issues:

You should stick some kind of rubber feet on the bottom otherwise it will slip away

Since the clearances aren't tight at all it is a bit annoying to remove the Paddles because the boards just come off with them.

If you found this useful, please donate what you think it is worth to my PayPal me.
